Product that has been shipped in error or found to be defective may be returned to Evergreen Research. Damaged items will require a detailed inspection by Evergreen Research that will allow for a claim to be filed with the appropriate carrier. All other products are subject to a restocking fee.*
When returning products that have not been damaged, defective, or as a result of shipping error the following conditions must be met for a fair credit:
All returned goods require a Return Authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Evergreen Research. All goods returned without an RA number will be subject to review and may be denied credit. A Return Authorization is valid for up to 30 days after the date of issuance. Should you decide to keep the product and not return it please contact us so that we may cancel the aforementioned authorization. All returned items must have an RA number and be received in our warehouse within 30 days of initial delivery of the product. Upon receipt in our warehouse returns may be rejected due to the physical condition of the items.
Credit will be issued once the product has been received and deemed resalable. All quality issues, damaged product or returns that are a result of Evergreen Research error, will be returned at the expense of Evergreen Research.
• 1. Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery of the product.
• 2. Items must be returned in unopened cases with original packaging intact.
• 3. Items not in salable condition are not returnable.
